Air Fried Zucchini Chips
One summer I was getting creative with how we ate our zucchini.
Air fried zucchini chips. Dip the zucchini in the flour then the egg then lastly in the Panko mixture. Transfer the zucchini to the air fryer basket and air-fry the zucchini for a total of 20 minutes. Remove basket and using rubber tongs remove zucchini chips.
Add the zucchini in an even layer in the air. Shake the zucchini every 5 minutes. All of the taste and none of the guilt.
Dip 1 zucchini slice into beaten egg then into panko mixture pressing to coat. Zucchini is something that if you grow in your garden you always tend to have an abundance. Combine panko and Parmesan cheese on a plate.
The simple ingredients needed to make air fried zucchini chips include. Air fry the zucchini chips at 400 degrees for 4 minutes then pull out the basket and gently flip the coins using a pair of tongs or a fork. A tender zucchini that is coated in panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Combine all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix. Placing the zucchini between paper towels will help them to crisp up in the air fryer. Slice the zucchini about 14 of an inch thick.
The crispy coating is seasoned with chili powder garlic salt. Spray the zucchini coins again with cooking oil then return the basket to your air. Coat the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray.
