Smoked Cream Cheese Recipe
Add smoked cream cheese to a large mixing bowl.
Smoked cream cheese recipe. Spread avocado oil over the top and sides of the cream cheese. 2-3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente according to package instructions.
Serve with a heavy cracker or pita chip and enjoy. It should puff up slightly and be hot all the way through. Give it a generous coat on all sides.
Reserve 12 cup pasta water. Coat the cream cheese in the rub on all sides bottom and the top. 2 tbsp olive oil.
To a small cast iron skillet add the block of cream cheese to the pan. Put the seasoned and scored cream cheese on a pan and place it on your smoker set to 225 for about 2 hours. Place the cream cheese onto the foil and drizzle the oil on top.
Lightly core your cream cheese in a diagonal pattern with a sharp knife. Next combine 2 tablespoons of brown sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Using a boning knife slice angular lines to make crosshatches in your cream cheese.
Sprinkle mixture all over the cream cheese. Using a sharp knife score the top of the cream cheese by making diagonal cuts into the top as seen in the photo above. Immediately drain pasta mixture and return to pot.
